Combine antioxidant-rich berries with yogurt for a sweet, delicious treat.
- 1 cup pomegranate or cranberry juice
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen blackberries
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
Place the pomegranate or cranberry juice in a blender, followed by the blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and yogurt. Blend, gradually increasing the speed, until smooth. Stir the mixture as needed, or add a little more liquid and blend longer.
Makes 2 smoothies.
